Scope. This policy applies to cartrabbit.io only. Our products — Discount Rules, WPLoyalty, UpsellWP, Retainful and Yuko — each run on their own website with their own privacy policy. If your question is about data inside one of those products, read the policy on that product’s site.

Who we are

Cartrabbit Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This website is where we write about the company, list our products and post jobs. Nothing is sold here.

What we collect

When you write to us. Your name, email address and whatever you put in the message.
When you apply for a job. Your CV, contact details and anything else you send.
When you read this site. Pages viewed, the site you came from, rough location by country, browser and device.

That’s the whole list. No account, no payment, no tracking pixel following you off the site.

Why we collect it

To answer you, to consider your application, and to know which pages here are worth keeping. Nothing else.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t rent it. We don’t hand it to advertisers or data brokers, and writing to us doesn’t put you on a mailing list.

Who else sees it

Only the services we need to run this website: our email provider, our host and our analytics tool. Each handles your data on our instructions and nothing more. Ask and we’ll name every one of them.

Cookies

A small number, used to count visits. Block them in your browser and this site still works exactly the same.

How long we keep it

Emails you send us: three years. Job applications: one year, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics: 26 months.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

Send you a copy of what we hold about you
Correct anything that’s wrong
Delete it
Stop using it for a particular purpose

Write to [email protected] and we’ll answer within 30 days. We won’t ask you why.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Inside the company, only the people who need it can reach it. If a breach ever affects your data, we’ll tell you and the relevant authority within 72 hours of finding out.

Where your data goes

Our host and service providers are in India, the EU and the United States. When data moves between them it moves under standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything that matters, we’ll update the date at the top. We won’t quietly rewrite it.
